- The award winning Woolpack Inn,situated in the village of Chilham, requires an experienced sous chef to join our team of 5. The right candidate will be required to assist in the day to day management and running of our current site and assist in the development of the team. They will be focused, hard working & have a true passion for food. Experience in kitchen management, team management, menu development and working under pressure are a must. We are looking for an individual with high standards, quality work and a real passion for food. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.
